How can we help, Dad?

Oh, my little helpers. How they love to help their Dada, especially now that we have tools and circoco's and things. Here we have help vacuuming. They have their own little vacuums and brooms, but the big one is more fun. Noah is actually lying on the floor to watch things swirl around in it. He followed it across the kitchen this way!

And helping Rich take apart the old computer. Notice the lack of pants.

See, Dad, it goes right here!

The hole where the dishwasher used to be....
and the new dishwasher. The plan was that I was going to take them to church so Rich could put in the new dishwasher. He started 30 min. before we left. Good plan, Dad!

Noah has the circoco, Avery the flashlight.

The tubing from the new dishwasher. Makes a fabulous whistle!

And installing the handle! What would we do without them? (P.S. my spell check keeps trying to correct circoco. Why?)

Noah makes a train

Oh how he loves to do this! They are all magnetic, and he makes very long trains.

He's so methodical. He likes to fill things, make trains, and stack blocks (when he's not running around like a dervish).

Avery, on the other hand, likes to dump things out, scatter trains, and knock over towers.

My little engineer!

Avery clips his toes

How funny are these? I told him that after I clipped his nails he could do it himself. Doesn't he just look like he is ALL legs?

This is totally how I clip my toenails.

A little outdoor fun

My Noah on the sled

Lucy and Avery in the wagon
Lucy and Jill. I learned my lesson last time. I don't take them out in snow gear by myself!

I love these pictures. The boys are in snowsuits, hats, mittens, boots (and buh if needed). We sat them down in the snow and handed them snowballs. Noah didn't move until we took his ball and moved him to another location.
