This is what we call the pit. They hate it, especially if we put them in there and walk away. It's our living room, and is gated off from the kitchen and dining room. This is their favorite past time, standing against one of the opening and convincing us of why we should let them out. We usually do, because everything is babyproofed now.

They each have one of these walkers, but Noah is much better at it. He has better balance, and can walk all the way across the room. Turning defeats him, though. That's when he gives up the walker and crawls away!

Here is Avery with their roller coaster toy. They love to stand against it and shake the wires.

Our new table! OK, the underside. We are in the process of recovering the seats, and Noah found it amusing to get underneath, but he needs help back out. He also crawled under the island cabinet in our kitchen to get to me. He made it almost the entire way, and then I had to help him out. He can't figure out how to drop his head at the end.

I finally took all the knobs off of the drawers and doors at their level. Much easier now, and the firewood has gone away. They love to sit on the hearth because it's so low.
